Learn About How To Use Jumper Cables

Sunday, May 05, 2013

I will explain to you how to use jumper cables as easy as possible in 7 easy steps.

Important quotes: There some car software as VCDS ( VAG-COM Diagnostic System ) required battery chargers when replacing the brake pads on Electro-Mechanical Parking Brake (EPB), because The EPB module is very sensitive to low voltage conditions.

So if you don't have a battery charger and need to do some repair on EPB replace brake pads etc, simply you can use the jumper cables as battery charger.

Taking into account The dead car as your car with VCDS, Skip Step # 5, if you've finished working with VCDS disconnect it and go to the next step # 6 etc..

Here is a picture of how the jumper cables looks like.
